Refund policy

Exchanges

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to initiate an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

We do not have a return policy as we produce limited quantities. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
